“Sponsor” means the entity identified above.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on September 16, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
A person does not need to be a current or former client or customer of Sponsor to enter or win.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor or any entity involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Eligible individuals may enter using either method below. Both methods provide the same opportunity to win.
Survey entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/allstatelegal and follow the instructions to complete the survey.
Free alternative entry: To enter without completing the survey, email email@aslegal.com during the Sweepstakes Period with “ALL-STATE LEGAL Survey Entry” in the subject line. Include your full name, state of residence, and email address in the message.
The alternative entry must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase, payment, survey completion, marketing consent, or client relationship is required.
Limit one entry per person and email address, regardless of entry method.
Submitting both a survey entry and an alternative entry will not provide an additional entry. Automated, incomplete, fraudulent, late, or improperly submitted entries are void.
If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be considered the entrant, subject to verification.
Ten (10) winner(s) will each receive one Amazon.com Gift Card valued at $100.00.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1000.00 and will not exceed $1,000.
Prizes are nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and expenses not specifically included with the prize.
Amazon.com Gift Cards are subject to the issuer’s terms at amazon.com/gc-legal. Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates are not sponsors of or responsible for this Sweepstakes. Amazon and its related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
On or about October 1, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select ten (10) potential winner(s) from all eligible survey and alternative entries combined into a single entry pool.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Survey answers, survey completion, purchases, and client relationships will not affect the odds of winning.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, administration, and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.
Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided with their entry on or about October 1, 2026.
Each potential winner must respond within 10 calendar days and may be required to verify eligibility and complete reasonable prize-related documentation.

If a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries.
A person is not a winner until Sponsor confirms eligibility. Sponsor will never require payment, a purchase, or credit-card information to claim a prize.
Sponsor will use entrants’ personal information to administer the Sweepstakes, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations, as further described in Sponsor’s privacy notice at https://www.aslegal.com/Legal.
Entry does not constitute consent to receive promotional emails, text messages, telephone calls, or other marketing communications. Any marketing consent must be separate and optional.
Sponsor will handle survey responses as described in the survey and privacy notice. Where reasonably practicable, prize-drawing contact information will be maintained separately from survey responses.
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry or drawing process, submits false information, circumvents the entry limit, interferes with the Sweepstakes, or violates these Official Rules.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized interference, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it as permitted by law. If appropriate, Sponsor may select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the affected time.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications, or for technical or human errors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, Amazon.com, Inc., their respective affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Except where prohibited, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Union County, New Jersey, unless applicable law permits otherwise.
